Invitation to Tender - Culture of Research

The British Council is seeking to appoint an individual or organisation to undertake a thorough review and analysis of the research sector in Pakistan and to assess the extent to which there is a ‘Culture of Research’. The final report should also draw specifically on the strengths of the UK to develop recommendations for Pakistan to develop such a culture further, as well as recommendations for programmes or policies that the British Council could establish to encourage the development of a culture of research.
