The Developing Inclusive and Creative Economies (DICE) Program over the past 7 months has successfully offered innovative digital learning to Social and Creative enterprise leaders via the DICE online portal. DICE intended to enable our fellowships network of 550 entrepreneurs, with the help of over a 100 facilitators and business coaches to collectively navigate the impacts and challenges presented to their social and creative businesses due to Covid-19.
DICE through the digital intervention is giving young business leaders the opportunity to grow as a community and learn from each other during this time of crisis. We are conducting weekly online webinars and workshops and co-designing 8 electronic modules to provide learning material and expert advice that will help fellows mitigate some of the immediate challenges they are facing.
Additionally, DICE is providing special one-on-one coaching sessions from some of the best business minds in Pakistan to fellows who are passionate to learn and are facing specific challenges in their ventures. 15 fellows were selected from a total of 50 that expressed interest. The fellows that are benefitting from this programme range from training and development centres focusing on capacity building of youth of smaller cities to employability focused enterprises in Baluchistan. The coaching sessions include themes such as leadership and management, pivoting, scaling, and marketing.
