British Council is a world authority in English language teaching and teacher training.  We have developed a number of English teacher training courses to develop the teaching community globally. All of these courses, focus on the latest requirements of the 21st century and on the changing scenario of the education world.

British Council Pakistan is delighted to present herewith the schedule of our training courses.

One of these exciting courses is Tell It Again: The Storytelling Handbook for Primary English Language Teachers. Good teachers have always known the power of stories in the classroom. Stories often hold a strange and magical quality that can interest and engage learners in a way that few other materials and methods have. Tell It Again! is a course focusing on developing story-telling techniques in participants. This training is for any teacher who is – or will be – teaching English to children (classes 1 – 5, age group 5 – 11) and is interested in using authentic storybooks. Tell It Again! is also for teacher trainers who are responsible for training different types of teachers. You will be able to experiment with a wide range of techniques depending on your students’ needs and select, modify and apply our suggestions to storybooks of your own choice.
