In recent times, we are facing an astounding prevalence of stressors, especially in metropolitan cities like Karachi. This workshop will provide hands-on training for self-awareness and stress reduction practices. Engaging in this activity will help the participants in realising their own potential, recognising and identifying risks and vulnerabilities, and learning what to do when our well-being is hampered. We will also challenge some of the cultural taboos associated with mental health and with seeking support.

Suitable for all ages.
