Access Arrangement: Access arrangements are pre-exam arrangements that allow candidates to access the assessment and remove unnecessary barriers, without changing the demands of the assessment.

Modified Question Paper (QP): We offer a range of modified question papers for our exams, so that candidates can perform to the best of their abilities. The centre must share the Modified QP form along with the medical evidences of the candidate so that we may raise the request. Some of the commonly requested Modified QPs are:

•A4 18 Point Bold Paper
•Colored Paper
•18 Point Bold Enlarged to A3
•A3 Unmodified
•Modified Carrier Language
•Braille Paper and Tactile Diagram

Both services should be availed within their relevant deadline along with the filled forms and medical evidence to support them.

How to register and pay?

Payment Methods: British Council offers a variety of payment procedures to its partner schools. They are mentioned as below and you may pay as per your desired method, however, the documents/payments must be received in the office before relevant deadlines.

1: Payment via deposit Slip:
Centres can pay the fee in our designated Standard Chartered Bank/Muslim Commercial Bank branches. Our deposit slips are already present there.

2: Demand Draft (DD) / Pay Order (PO): Centres can pay huge amounts via DD of the relevant banks issued in the name of “British Council Pakistan / British Council”.

3: Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS): Please check with the bank for further details of this facility, like fund transfer limits, closing time to pay on same day and transaction charges etc. If the IBFT limit allows, then schools can make the payment via IBFT (Add the same account as beneficiary and pay online). This account can be used for all future payment to British Council from your centre. Every centre has their own unique RTGS number against which the payment is made.

What to do after payment?

After the payment is done centres are requested to courier below mentioned documents to the relevant mailing address of British Council office so that we may process your registrations:

1. School Fee Calculation Form
2. Confirmation of entries on school letterhead signed and stamped by the Principal
