Under the Project eight Pakistani and eight UK universities/organisations have developed linkages on the themes of heritage, knowledge economies and cultural tourism. The aim of the linkages is to develop skills and capacity of students and faculty in the Higher Education sector, and to encourage digital co-creation through collaboration in Culture and Education. The eight selected projects are being delivered by:

- Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, Peshawar in Pakistan and University of Birmingham and The Shakespeare Institute in the UK
- University of Punjab in Pakistan and Brunel University London
- University of Haripur in Pakistan and Scotistani in the UK
- Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad in Pakistan and University of Aberdeen in the UK
- University of Home Economics Lahore in Pakistan and Cardiff Metropolitan University in the UK
- NED University of Engineering and Technology in Pakistan and School of Geography and Planning, Cities and Sustainable Places Research Group in the UK
- Lahore College for Women University in Pakistan and Centre for Global Learning, Education and Attainment, (GLEA), Coventry University in the UK
